New Post, Old Photos

Here are some photos I took last year with my 35mm Nikon SLR. I think I used Fujicolor ISO 200, but I could be mistaken.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Photos of my feast and family to come.

Something Everyone Should Consider.

Bip bip bip

It's sleeting outside, I went on a date and had a very nice time, and my toes are still cold.

I want to put up a photo of a drawing I did for Gage of a yeti, but I don't know that he scanned it yet.

I suppose I should work on my color journal.

Later.

Nov. 4 2008

Hearing our next President's speech last night inspired a pride in me that I have never before felt for this country. I can't even begin to describe how excited I am to be part of this huge community.

I think it should also be recognized that John McCain's speech was very gracious and sweet.

Amen, brotha.

Today is votin' day, so I hope to see everyone sporting an "I Voted" sticker!
I must say, the one disadvantage of absentee voting is the lack of stickers.

In other news, I'm doing well. I just had my advising meeting to register for classes, and it looks like I'm pretty much last on the list for registration. My time slot is the last one out of everybody at the school...
With luck I will get Gaunt for Drawing 1, and the Maurice Sendak class.

I've really been craving nature lately.
