New Graphic Design Work, WOWOW!

For Erik Brandt's Type 2 class. A postcard celebrating the rescue of the 33 Chilean miners. Sent to the 4th Annual Chile Design Biennial.

For Kindra Murphy's Graphic Design 2 class. A process book documenting and showcasing my typographic and image-based experimentation for a 3 part poster series.

For Greg Beckel's Electronic PrePress class. A full-bleed booklet illustrating a poem by Pablo Neruda.

The aforementioned 3 part poster series for GD 2.

For PrePress. A 3 layer postcard series in CMY, K, and PMS Gold. Exploring the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Below are some experiments from the press; turning on and off press units resulted in some exciting color combinations!

Everything feels a little bit off this week. ---Worlds intermixing and confusing.
My sister listens to the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack on repeat while sleeping. This makes me happy late at night.
Maybe I will see the meteor showers tomorrow in the dark.

This week I let go of everything when drawing (yeah, never fear, i'm still hanging on tight to everything else-for better or worse) and I was kind of amazed with the complete nonsense that came out. Here are a few snippets of little nice things that popped out of the crazies.
