CAKE PANTS

This week I let go of everything when drawing (yeah, never fear, i'm still hanging on tight to everything else-for better or worse) and I was kind of amazed with the complete nonsense that came out. Here are a few snippets of little nice things that popped out of the crazies.

Here are some things I've made.

Here are two pieces from my Digital Illustration class. I haven't been totally satisfied with the work I've made, but I liked these two a fair amount so I figured I'd post them. This is for a show going up at Spyhouse. It's just supposed to reflect a personal experience or something from Spyhouse. We had to do a little bit of digital painting, and do the whole thing mainly in photoshop.

This was a layer mask assignment having to do with numbers. I chose the number four, included a more literal element (4 eyes wooo...) and also tried to represent some of the more symbolic qualities of the number (elements, nature, bleh bleh).


Anyway, here's to 2010, 4 months overdue. Haven't updated this for a while, but maybe this post will change my habits.
